Site meeting took place on 16th March 2007.
Most appropriate course of action is to arrange a meeting with Ward Members, Council's Development Control Manager and our Group in order to fully discuss the concerns we consider remain outstanding at Scotts Moor
NOTE (no information of the site meetings findings in letter)
