11_6_2008 WRRG to Quality Manager
We acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 29th May 2008.
It would appear that you do not intend to respond to each of our complaints which have laid serious charges against the Council. It is preposterous for you to suggest that further delays in responding to our complaints are due to "additional correspondence" and "staff shortages". We cannot accept such excuses for your failure to respond to our 10 complaints. This is pure shroud waving on your part which should have no place in the way the Council deals with complaints from the public. We now understand that you will be in a position to respond to our complaints by 13th June 2008. If this is the case then we will expect detailed responses to each charge we have laid. A "blanket" response will not be acceptable.
