Examined public file - no evidence official appeal lodged by previous owner or new owner.
Their response of 22nd May 2006 does not answer any of our specific questions. Their ineptitude to take enforcement action to bring this illegal dvelopment/usage under proper control is not only shameful but also dishonest.
