A chance conversation between our Ward Member Mrs M Manuel and a resident of Windsor Road who has informed this Group that the owner of Scotts Moor is to apply for a modification to the S106 obligation in April 2008.

Within five days of our last unanswered letter to the Planning Manager (dated 5th March 2007) containing ground photographs to substantiate our complaint, you personally (for whatever reason) on Saturday 10th March 2007 leafleted every household in Windsor Road for residents to attend a meeting at the Civic Centre to discuss issues "especially planning concerns re-adjacent Scotts Moor" to be held on Thursday 15th March 2007

As of this date no information or answer on the outcome of the Public Meeting requested by you to the Residents of Windsor Road.

We would like to know why you have been unable to provide any information to us.
Whether this is acceptable behaviour for local councillors, is for other people to judge.
