2_5_2008 WRRG to MP for North Devon
We thank you for your letter of the 23rd April 2008 and note your reason for suggestion the presence of our Ward Councillors at our proposed meeting.
Unfortunately, it is evident that the issue of planning has now become a more serious matter in that the democratic powers of North Devon District Council Councillors are being rendered powerless by giving the Planning Officers delegated powers under the Council's Consititution.
