I refer to your letter of the 21st January 2008 (he does not clarify this was a personal letter sent to Mr B C Greenslade - ref 38814/04 sought to vary the terms of the planning obligation. The application was refused by the Council's Planning Committee on the 16th November 2005 (this date is incorrect it should read 19th October 2005.
In this respect inspections of the site have been undertaken and have not identified any material breaches ofplanning control.
