29_1_2008 WRRG to Complaints Officer
Our letter was accepted by you as being to Mr Greenslade and c.c. to Customer Services for information and record. The first and only reference to complaint/complaints is from yourselves in your letter. Our letter was not and is not as evidenced by its contents a complaint against Mr Greenslade and therefore we did not expect a reply from a Complaints Officer. If as indicated the Planning Manager would like to answer our serious concerns described in our letter we would be most grateful.
