10_11_2007 WRRG to Environment Agency
We do not accept your letters of the 14th August and 1st October answers our concerns.
Having now been presented with two different versions for the status of Bradiford Water we now need to see the authorative letter that proves this point beyond any doubt.
It would appear that you have no objections to "the filling in of minor hollows in the meadow" but you describe that it is "excessive landscaping" (as proven by our aerial photographs)
We therefore consider the Agency still has a case to answer in order to prove conclusively that there has been no illegal dumping of waste/hardcore/debris on the river bank and in the wildlife corridor/flood plain.
