THE FENCE HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED TO REQUIREMENTS OF THE ENVIRONMENT AGENCY
YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE S106 OBLIGATION. (Refer to letter dated 19th April 2000 from Planning Department to WRRG/Solicitor)
