Appeal submitted by previous owner was invalid/copy Planning Inspectorate letter dated 8th June 2006.
Non-complaince with S106 had to be proved through the Courts (by whom?)
Whether WRRG would be prepared to act as a witness in any action taken by the Authority.
"I CAN CONFIRM HOWEVER, THAT THE SECTION 106 AGREEMENT IS NOT ONLY BINDING ON THOSE PERSONS ORGINALLY PARTY TO IT BUT AlSO THEIR SUCCESSORS INTITLE AND THAT IT REQUIRES THEM TO OBSERVE AND PERFORM THE PROVISIONS AND RESTRICTIONS SET OUT IN THE SCHEDULE"
